I ordered without putting my full address and immediately emailed to make sure my package was sent to the correct address and never got a reply, never got my package. I emailed the company to 2 different support email addresses and never got a reply. Just disappointing customer service

Ordered a box of Nacho chips on June 28th. I got a confirmation email but after 3 weeks of no delivery or email about shipping I tried to contact customer service.....twice. No response either time. I even commented on an Instagram post to see if that would get attention, it did not. A box of chips was then delivered to my house around August 15th. I tried contacting customer service and again no response. There was no backorder notice and customer service is definitely lacking. I have been a repeat customer and I am just disappointed.

We discovered Beanfield chips a few years ago. Then there was a period of time where I couldn’t find them for sale. And I’m still having trouble finding them except for from the company directly. I look forward to the vinegar and salt coming back.
