Nacho Bean Chips

I finally received my order after about a month. My son was absolutely thrilled. The chips tasted just like we remembered and he even made up a little dance when the box was delivered. Someone did reach out to verify that I had received it which was nice but honestly they have to do something about responding to customers’ inquiries about orders. I’m assuming that they are still working out the kinks and I really hope that they do! They have this great product and consumer demand, but customer service is so important when your business relies on customers to purchase repeatedly. I’m planning to order two more boxes this time since they’ve added more flavors but if it takes that long again without any communication, it will likely be my last time.

I really hate when companies prod you for a review for a product. They have not even delivered yet. My chips were sent out over two weeks ago, they’re still not here, so if you’re asking me to review them right now, Zero stars, for an incomplete delivery.

Tasty though a no. of chips were broken.

These chips have the best flavor and are what I look forward to each day!

I was so excited to see that Beanfields had returned that I purchased 3 boxes. Imagine my disappointment to open the first bag and find that there was no seasoning on the chips. They are smooth with nothing on them. Very little seasoning in the bottom of the bags. I have now opened 4 bags hoping it was a fluke. These are almost the only chips I can eat due to allergies and intolerances, but they don't taste the same anymore. Hardly any flavor. Bitter-sweet. I am happy to see them back, but sad that they don't have any taste and I'm stuck with over two boxes to try to consume. Maybe I can get through them with a dip or something.
