JOB TITLE:  Senior Brand Manager / Director

DEPARTMENT:  Marketing




As a follow-on to the Company’s successful re-branding campaign in Q2 2018, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of the overall branding, communication and marketing strategy of the brand and thereby increase brand awareness and household penetration.  We seek a highly resourceful and creative individual who has a track record of success in developing and executing various marketing programs and strategies in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  S/he should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand development and brand centric messaging.


  • Elevate brand awareness and drive sales through marketing plans and campaigns targeted to our core consumer base
  • Work cross functionally with sales to ensure POS and merch support is effective, accurate and available
  • Ensure proper project management of all communication, marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Develop and manage project timelines against marketing and promotional programs
  • Identify and manage any agency relationships and vendors as needed
  • Identify and recommend marketing strategies and tactics to increase traffic and build customer loyalty
  • Manage the marketing process, including sales analysis, identifying trends and reviewing research
  • Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communication/PR programs and its’ activities
  • Build relationships with key media influencers and partners
  • Manage the ongoing development of the Marketing team and department
  • Work cross-functionally with all departments to prioritize initiatives which map to overall company objectives


  • BA required in Communications, Marketing or related field
  • 4 plus years of experience in marketing and/or brand development
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) -- specifically Food, Beverage, or Beauty preferred
  • Prior leadership and management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of major projects in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with multiple deadlines
  • Excellent prioritization, project management and critical thinking skills
  • Strong sense of focus, organization, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly
  • Intellectually curious and passionate -- always looking for ways of improving the team's work
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Passionate about food, and/or a plant-based lifestyle a plus
  • Experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments highly desirable
